Because we grow vegetables for our own harvesting we are in touch with the right timings and varieties for your gardens.
Plants available in May: artichokes, cabbage, collards, kale, leeks, lettuce, onions, rhubarb, shallots, swiss chard.
Warm-season plants available in late May/June: basil, celery, celeriac, cukes, eggplant, fennel, lettuce, melons, okra, parsley, hot and sweet peppers, pumpkins, tomatoes, squash, zucchini.
Late planting for fall crops: basil, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cukes, kale, collards, kohlrabi, lettuce, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower and rutabaga.
