FRUIT

Snell Farm started as an apple orchard in 1926, and apples are still a big piece of the puzzle today. Our orchard is also home to peach, pear, plum, and tart cherry trees.

Raspberries ripen mid-July and are the epitome of summer’s richness. Many of our customers capture that richness in jam, pies and winter smoothies made from frozen berries.

Following raspberries, we hope for hot nights in August so that melons will grow and sweeten.

In season at our farm stand, we offer strawberries and blueberries from other local farms and fields.
