Winter Store

Since spring we have been planning our 2010-2011 Winter Store. Begun last year, our Winter Store offers storage crops for sale at our farm about every two weeks, so folks can stock up on potatoes, cabbage, carrots, beets, parsnips, squash, garlic, apples, and cider when it’s too cold to be at farmers’ market or heat our store up on the hill.

We set up our display of good local ingredients in our concrete storage building on the greenhouse side of the road. We will be scurrying to put away enough storage crops so that we can supply you through the winter.

This winter's dates for Winter Store are:

December 3 and 17              

January 7 and 21

February 4 and 18                

March 3 and 17

On these days we will be open 9am to 2pm.
