Snell Family Farm begins harvesting and selling vegetables in July, about the same time strawberries are ready. We begin the season with potatoes, peas, and greens, soon to be followed by cucumbers, beans, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, carrots, garlic, beets, melons, etc.

The most bountiful time for vegetables is late August and early September at summer crops overlap with fall crops such as squash, celeriac, Brussels sprouts, daikon radish, kale and collards, broccoli, cauliflower, and many kinds of squash.
