Turnip greens with sesame

Chop 2 cloves of garlic.

Wash and chop one bunch turnip greens, leaving the leafiest parts to the side to add to the pot later. Drizzle a skillet with olive oil and bring to medium heat. Add the garlic and the stemmiest parts of the turnip. Cover. After a couple minutes, stir and add the leafier parts of the greens. Add a splash of water if it looks hot and dry. Cover and cook until the greens are bright dark green. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and toss while heat is still on. Turn off the heat and drizzle 2 teaspoons sesame oil , a few drops of chile oil, and a small splash of tamari soy sauce.

Serve hot as a side. If you have some leftover the next day, try adding it to a veggie roll up for lunch.
