Sautéed Cabbage

This is surprisingly simple and surprisingly delicious. It’s hard to stop eating it, and it’s really healthful.

Shred about 4 cups of green cabbage. Heat a large wok or sauté pan. Drizzle in some olive oil. Toss in the cabbage and stir every few minutes. Add about 1/2 cup of water and cover. Meanwhile chop up 3 cloves of garlic and add when the cabbage is about half cooked. Continue tossing and cooking until the cabbage is pretty soft but still had some texture. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
