Delicious as spread for crusty bread, or mashed into a baked potato; the possibilities are endless.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Trim the roots off a whole bulb or two of garlic.
Trim the tops off each clove for easier removal later.
Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt. wrap in a pouch of aluminum foil. Cook for 45 minutes or until soft and creamy.
Use a butter knife to extract the clove to enjoy.
